Debit Authorization

OAT FINANCIAL, INC.

Payment Debit Authorization Agreement

By providing your bank account information and agreeing to this Payment Debit Authorization, you (“Customer”) authorize Oat Financial, Inc. (“Company”) to initiate electronic debit entries from your designated bank account. This authorization applies to the following:

  1. Types of Debits
    • One-time payments as approved by you.
    • Recurring payments for services, subscriptions, or loan obligations in the amounts and on the dates agreed upon.
  2. Authorization Scope
    You authorize Company, and its designated financial institutions, to electronically debit your account via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and, if necessary, to electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits.
  3. Notification
    You will be provided advance notice of the amount and timing of any recurring debits, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Revocation
    You may revoke this authorization at any time by:
    • Providing written notice to Company at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled debit date;
    • Contacting your financial institution directly.
    Revocation of this authorization does not affect any debits made prior to receipt and processing of your request.
  5. Liability & Responsibility
    You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in your account to cover authorized debits. Company is not responsible for fees incurred as a result of insufficient funds or overdrafts.
  6. Record Retention
    A copy of this authorization will be provided to you and retained by Company as required by applicable law.
  7. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Company is located.
